Dogfolk
Bearing the features of a dog, Dog Folk are loyal and intelligent. Possessing an aptitude for knowledge they are quick learners and make for highly adept craftsmen and scholars. Suited to an urban lifestyle, it is rare to see the Dogfolk out in the rural areas of the world. Dogfolk are very trusting and quick to make friends with everyone they meet, however when someone loses this trust, it is almost impossible to regain.

Animal Senses
Your animal senses allow you to have advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks involving smell. You also gain proficiency with Perception.
Pack Tactics
Canoir are pack animals and work well in groups. When they are near allies, they have advantage on attack rolls against a creature that is within 5 feet of at least one of their allies.
Loyal Companion
Starting at level 6, if any ally within 5 feet of you is reduced to 0 HP you can show your loyalty by deflecting some of the damage and the ally will instead drop to 1 HP. This ability cannot be used again until you complete a long rest.
Agile Movement
Starting at Level 9, Canoir have an agile and nimble physique, granting them the ability to take the dodge action on a bonus action an amount of times equal to their Dexterity modifier (minimum of 1).
