Subclass of: Rogue

Fortune Seeker Rogues embody the archetype of the intrepid treasure hunter, driven by the lure of adventure and the promise of ancient riches. These rogues are distinguished by their insatiable curiosity for the secrets of forgotten civilizations and the thrill of navigating perilous dungeons and mysterious ruins. Equipped with their iconic bullwhips, Fortune Seekers are masters of maneuverability, using their whips for both offense and agile escapes, displaying feats of dexterity that allow them to overcome obstacles and enemies alike. Their extensive travels make them adept at navigating and surviving a range of exotic locales, from subterranean caverns to ancient temples, with an uncanny ability to understand and appreciate the value of the relics they uncover. As they progress, their expertise with the bullwhip grows, granting them unique combat strategies such as disarming foes or knocking them prone with precise strikes. Their keen eye for antiquities not only enables them to appraise and discern the worth of treasures but also to haggle effectively, ensuring they always get the best deal in any transaction. The life of a Fortune Seeker Rogue is one of constant exploration, where danger is met with excitement, and the promise of untold wealth is just a whip-crack away.

Rogues of the Archetype of the Fortune Seeker are known for their adventurous spirit as much as their sly, stealthy nature. Those who choose this lifestyle are thought to be thrill seekers and even a bit reckless. Constantly in search of their next escapade, in pursuit of ancient treasure, trinkets and antiques. They can oftentimes be found traversing through vast caverns, dungeons or temples, stumbling into all manner of traps and dangerous situations. These rogues appreciate the mystery and secrecy of forgotten civilizations and lost worlds, and would much rather spend their time here than in the modern, mundane life of the city. These fortune seekers often carry bullwhips with them on their adventures, allowing them to deal out damage and quickly escape combat with their feats of dexterity.
