Corvixia's figure looms, draped in midnight feathers that rustle with the whispers of the dead. Her eyes, deep and knowing, hold the secrets of the grave, reflecting the finality and peace of death. The myth of Corvixia begins with the dawn of the Kenku race, where she rose as the first of her kind, a being of intelligence and curiosity. It is said that she bore witness to the fall of titans, their bodies seeding the earth with new life. From their remains, Corvixia drew sustenance and, in her solitude, gave life to the griffons, creatures that would roam the skies as she once did.

Corvixia's followers are those who dwell in the liminal spaces of life and death. Gravekeepers, mourners, and those who seek to understand the cycle of decay and growth revere her. Kenku and griffons see her as their eternal mother, their reverence expressed through their respect for the dead and the places they rest.

Corvixia's legend is irrevocably tied to the Great Carrion Feast. When a cataclysm struck Gigornia, toppling empires and leaving a swathe of destruction, it was Corvixia who cleared the land of decay. Her feast lasted a century, and from this great consumption of death, she bestowed upon the ravaged land a time of unparalleled fertility and rebirth. The Great Carrion Feast is commemorated through the Night of Remembrance, where her followers gather to honor the dead with feasts and songs that echo through the night. It is a time when Kenku perform intricate dances of life's fleeting beauty that grant sanctuary and safety to all those that witness it, and griffons circle the skies in vigil creating gales that carry seeds across the land.
