Golthor is a primordial force of nature, his visage carved from the wilderness itself, with moss and lichen as his mantle. His eyes, deep-set and glowing with a feral light, reflect a singular purpose: to unmake the spread of civilization that scars the natural world. His body, massive and gnarled like ancient trees, moves with the inevitability of a landslide, and his voice is the deep rumble of the earth's unrest. His story is told in hushed tones, a legend from the time when the wild reigned unchallenged. Golthor emerged from the heart of the oldest forest, where no humanoid had ever set foot. He was the land's answer to the encroachment of towns, roads, and farms—the unbridled anger of the earth given form.

Golthor's followers are few, mainly druids and rangers who have seen the devastation wrought by unchecked expansion. They are the silent stalkers of the woods, the guardians of forgotten places, who fight not against humanity itself but against its greed and its disregard for the balance of nature. They worship in groves defiled by civilization's touch, seeking to restore them.

Golthor's most notorious act is known as the Sundering of Stonegard. Stonegard was a fortress city that had expanded into the sacred forests, felling ancient trees and polluting the waters. In retaliation, Golthor descended upon the city with the might of the wilderness at his back. Roots and vines tore through stone, and beasts swarmed the battlements.

The city fell in a single night, reclaimed by the forest as if it had never been. For every city that is built, two are destroyed. Golthor will not rest until every inch of the world is restored to natural order.
