Hallen Bore

Hallen Bore is a deity of mysterious countenance, ever-watching and ever-documenting. She is perceived as an ageless figure clad in robes of iridescent blue, her eyes like endless pools of cosmic ink. She is perpetually accompanied by a quill that writes of its own accord, and a boundless tome that can never be filled as she stares into a golden orb, perceiving the world.

Hallen Bore has existed since time immemorial. It is said that she was there when the first thoughts sparked in the minds of sentient beings and will be there when the last secret unfolds. She neither intervenes in worldly affairs nor seeks to guide or judge. Her sole function is to document—the ever impartial scribe of Oerth.
