Before the dawn of time, the world was consumed in darkness. Torunomax, seeing the potential for life and beauty, decided to share a fragment of his essence with the cosmos. From his chest, he channeled the raw energy of light, birthing the sun and illuminating the world. This act of generosity gave rise to day, banishing eternal night, and allowing life to flourish.
Priests of dawn, sun-worshiping communities, farmers, and all those who find hope in the breaking of a new day turn to Torunomax for guidance. His temples are often constructed on hilltops or other places where the first rays of the sun can be clearly seen.
The Day of Endless Dawn - A time when darkness threatened to consume the world once more. Torunomax, to remind the world of his power and love, caused the sun to shine without setting for seven days and nights, banishing darkness and renewing hope among the inhabitants.
Lysandra Solheart - A resplendent female aasimar cleric. With skin that gleams like sun-kissed gold and eyes that shimmer with an ethereal light, she is the embodiment of Torunomax's blessings. Gifted with the power to heal and rejuvenate, she travels the lands bringing hope to the weary and lost.
Campaign Specific Interactions
Torunomax was found to have originally granted Zaxon his divine status. After the betrayal of the Orathian gods, Torunomax was one of the first gods to suggest absolute destruction of Palandor, the planet where Orathian gods all dwelled. Torunomax had intended to eat the planet with a sun, until he was convinced to let mortals attempt to resolve the issue of the gods and have them prove their resilience.
